Service was awful. Did not get our drinks. Waiting then the kids food came..still no drinks or cutlery. Our food came and to be honest was not even hot didn’t seem fresh. Just Like it’s been heated up ..barely. Still did not have any drinks or cutlery 5 mins after I said we have no cutlery and our food is sitting on the table and had to say again.
Drinks came and the strawberry daiquiris tasted like water. They were replaced but still rubbish. Wasn’t even that busy so no excuse for poor service.really gone down hill this place. There was a table next to us aswell that wasn’t cleared the whole time we were there. Staff just standing around chatting.

Had fantastic service at TGI Fridays - my first experience there and had a wonderful member of staff called Fizz who was very friendly and in the ball - such a pleasure to have serving us. And she went the extra mile getting us a box for our fox (the bones) The food was phenomenal !! Defintely be coming back

Went for a meal yesterday worset service ever didn't seem to be a manager on site staff just wandering around had to ask for cutlery for starters had to find our own cutlery for mains missed items off that had been ordered had to do bill 3 times they kept messing it up such a shame used to be a real treat to eat here staff training is needed here in a big way I see 2 other tables compkaing to the waitress an awful experience so sad

Where do I start!
1. Table provided not appropriate for a 2.5 year old. The booth was so high and was a risk if he fell. A highchair was not even offered/suggested
2. Took 30 minutes before we were served. With children who were hungry this was extremely poor
3. We ordered Meatless Fridays™ Sesame Strips - but thankfully my wife checked when these were sent to our table - meat ones had been provided! Thus a delay in our starter. This subsequently arrived after our mains had arrived!
4. Kids meals arrived without any vegetables as stated in the menu along with children's portion of fries. My wife asked for these and thankfully the fires were provided.
5. Took over 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared after we had finished eating and took our desert order (I have a picture of this)
6. Deserts took over 30 minutes to arrive and at which point my wife had physically found a member of staff to cancel the order, to which she was told it was being prepared. Subsequently arrived 10 minutes later
7. My wife had to ask each time for a refill. Staff were not attentive.
8. Bill was incorrectly calculated. We were overcharged for a dish we did not have - a duplicate of the Meatless Fridays™ Sesame Strips (£21.99 charge)
9. Female were filthy, one had no lock that was functioning, the other other 3 were unusable
10. Male toilets were part flooded as one of the urinals was clogged. Absolutely disgusting!
11. Had to ask for cutlery multiple times thought out the meal.
12.Not value for money at all being charged £79.66 for such poor service and atmosphere
Have not visited for a long time and will not be visiting this branch again!

Went in on Friday morning for a bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. Our waitress Fizz explained it all really well, the cocktails came out quickly and the food was to a really good standard, really enjoyed the sesame chicken strips. The bartender was clearly working on the drinks as soon as they arrived and they were lovely and a great strength, think the bartender was called Cory from what Fizz said. The birthday song was amazing. Overall great experience I will be returning

Came for my daughter’s birthday on Sat 1st March. Although the restaurant was busy we had a great experience, staff were helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. Our waitress (Fizz) was handling it all really well. Our food and drinks arrived in great time and the food quality was amazing. The staff did a great job of making my daughter’s birthday special. Great experience all round

Came last night as a last minute meal - no one to greet you it wasn’t particularly busy , we eventually got a seated tables around us were dirty , floor was dirty food all over the place . Placed our order of sharing nachos and then the tgi chicken (or course) . Nachos was not a sharing size compared to other tgis I’ve been too this was very small . Our mains came out , I had no coleslaw on my plate my husband did his chips tasted strange , both of our chicken bites were dry and burnt , Jack Daniel’s sauce looked like it had been watered down and literally chucked on a small pasta bowl type plate .
We ordered 4 purple rain cocktails which are my favourite and one I always have well they were absolutely disgusting , way too strong and undrinkable . No one came over to us and asked how our meal was .
Toilets don’t get checked like they should , they were dirty , sick in one of them .
Won’t be returning again unfortunately

Very disappointed on my visit on Friday No lemonade or coke no peas!!!!! Not enough staff one girl running around like a headless chicken while others clearing and wiping tables and chatting very slow as to much for the one girl I felt sorry for her Won't be coming back again

Our server Erin was so kind and very quick! Food came super fast, and didn’t have to wait ages for the bill ☺️ Erin informed us of the current deals on the app which saved us half the bill! Thank you Erin, you are lovely 🥰
